"$50,000 in Damages! I hired them to refurbish my restaurant space and to move a minisplit outdoor compressor. The photos are how they left the space. Epoxy dripped outside the door and there's sand and grits inside the epoxy. They charged me $8000, but the entire floor needs to be replaced. You can also see sections of things that were not painted in the photos. They also ruined the entire brand new minisplit system when they moved the outdoor unit. They got air and sand inside the pipes, but somehow tried to blame my housekeeper for it. A reputable minisplit company told me what was wrong and what caused it; they gave me an estimates of $37,000 to replace it. They were 2 months behind schedule when I had to leave the state to tend to my other business. Andres assured me he would take care of things. He didn't have a problem hounding me for my final payment, telling me to trust him. I did, so I paid him. This was the result. So don't trust him."

"Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"
