Within 45 minutes he completed the work. Very effective and very accurately!! He quoted me less than his original trip charge. I told him NO… you get your full trip charge and my many thanks! Why? Because he earned it! This door lock system is quite old, he stated he had never seen one like it before. But he conquered it! Many thanks for the Rockstar Shane Diego!!!!"

"I believe when they came out I did the carpet in my play room and I can say that was years ago. I was pleased. After they came out I realized they had also tiled my bathroom in my master bedroom. Steven helped me pick paint choices and when I wanted to add more painting on some additional trim - he agreed it was a good idea and just sent the painters over - no hassle. We also had a garage door replaced, added features to back and front porch, had a window removed, replaced guttering around the house and resided/ painted the whole house and trim. "<p>We love our new space. James and Yana did a great job on designing the cabinetry. We changed the layout of the cabinets, but we didn't move the plumbing or electrical or gas. So the stove, sink, and refrigerator stayed in the same place. We got a granite countertop and travertine backsplash. The pantry is very deep and has two shelves that pull out. All the cabinet drawers and doors are self-closing. Oh, how we love that! And the new can lights in the ceiling are so much better than the old fluorescent light, and the pendant above the sink and the under-counter lights make the room much brighter. Plus the two glass door cabinets have interior lighting. </p> <p>James, Yana and the whole crew are great to work with. When we found paint spots on the floor, Joe came right out and cleaned them up. "Roof was worn out and starting to leak in a couple of places with the massive rains we had been getting lately. Called a couple of places to get estimates and Green Phoenix beat them by a substantial amount. I also like the owners attitude and explanation of how and what they needed to do to fix the roof. A date and time was set and the crew showed up and started the year off. Materials arrived and part of crew did tear off and repair of bad spots in roof while other part of crew started putting down new roofing By the way I used class 4 roofing so it probably won’t need to be fixed in the years I have left. Crew took well deserved lunch break then were back at work. The continued till dusk with tear off. Putting Dow new roof and clean up. Left for the day with a large part completed. Second day arrived on time and continued with repair and replacement. During the tear off they found some major problems which needed to be addressed. They talked with me. Gave me options and let me decide what to do. It upped the cost of the job a little but it did need to be done. Finished with house and detached garage did cleanup. Which was.very good and left. I am quite happy with they way they cleaned up and very happy with the job they did.""
