"On April 26, 2021 we used Freedom Plumbing Heat & Air to address a plumbing issue with one of our toilets. I called a few days before that, and they promptly returned my phone call and got me scheduled for service. The gentleman that they sent out was professional and efficient. He removed the stool, replaced & upgraded the wax gasket, replaced the stool, and even addressed a couple of faucet issues I had in the bathroom and kitchen. He did all of this in a little less than an hour. I was VERY impressed with the speed and quality of his work, and the price we were charged was very fair and reasonable. This is going to be the only plumbing company we use going forward."

Like clockwork, they call twice a year to set up an appointment to check and clean etc my central air and heating system. Their employees are always courteous and explain what they are going to do. Yesterday, Wyatt S. came and did my annual checkup. When he left he sent an email with a comprehensive checklist of what was done and pictures of the key elements of my system in case we need to compare the unit at some point in the future. He soldered the fittings onto the new valve, which is something I definitely wouldn't have been able to do on my own. Lee's a good guy, honest. I didn't have to schedule far in advance for the job. "We bought two new modular toilets from Lowes. We also purchased the standard instalation package. This did not include drilling and installing new mounting brackets into the concrete floor. K and K was seleced by Lowes to do the work. They showed up 15 minutes early and went right to work. The only problem was that each of the exsisting toilet mounting surfaces had at least one mounting bolt broken off at surface level. I was expecting this possiblity, and had got three local estimates from other companies for this problem. The quote range was from $75 to $110 per toilet. I was happy to have K and K quote only $55.00 per toilet, and OK'D for them to installthe bolts plus brackets. <br /> They are good, quick, clean and professional. Aside from having new toilets; I couldn't tell that they had been here. I will put them at the top of my local services list. <br /> <br />"

"I thought that Tony did an excellent job. The shower is truly beautiful. I visited their showroom and selected a shower on display. After removing the original shower there was mold present and they treated the mold and dehumidified the walls around the shower and tub. In addition, they installed a nice exhaust fan to minimize future humidity in the shower area. They always cleaned and vacuumed the work area following each visit. Very professional organization."

Nice repairman got leak stopped and then they sent another plumber out the next day, a weekday, so it would be less expensive. They also reconfigured the plumbing so it shouldn’t happen again—that was optional and cost more, but we are rather cautious and decided it was a good idea."
