"A rock was thrown through my elderly mother's window Friday night. On Saturday no one answered their phones to get her help with board up/repair of her window. David called me through Home Advisor Saturday morning and was at her house at 2:30pm the same day repairing the broken window. He was fast, courteous, wore a mask, and even fixed another window while he was there. His price was less than Home Advisor estimated. Our eight year old Whirlpool washer began showing Error Code F35 and would not function.  I called ProServ and arranged for an appointment the next day.  The serviceman arrived promptly and was quickly able to find the cause of the problem -- a faulty pressure sensor.  Unfortunately, this was not a part stocked locally, and so it had to be ordered from a distribution center.  The new sensor arrived two days later, and was installed the same day.  Voila, the washer was fixed!

Regarding pricing: the initial diagnosis was $50; the part (which cost less than a dollar to make) cost $132; the remaining repair charge was $108.  Given that the serviceman needed to make two trips, I think ProServ's labor charge was fair.  I checked online the price of the Whirlpool genuine replacement part, and that cost was simply passed along to me with a negligible, if any, mark up.

I gave ProServ the highest possible positive review because the company earned it.  ProServ was quick in its response, diagnosed and fixed the problem as rapidly as practicable, and was fair in its pricing.

"Jacquiline and August were great. They moved and scrubbed under stove, fridge, washer, and dryer, finding toys and other small items from the previous owners, as well as some of my long-lost socks! Floors were mopped with multiple buckets of clean water, surfaces and pictures cleaned and or dusted, carpets vacuumed. Interior of fridge taken apart and scrubbed. I can’t list here everything that was cleaned, but I will continue with monthly services so I don’t completely undo all their hard work."
