"I contacted them to do the repair as mentioned above.  They were easy to work with, provided a timely estimate and schedule to perform the work.  The actual work was performed after we sold and settled so I have no info on the actual quality of work.  Many window companies did not even want to do replacement panes.

David arrived on scheduled time and went over the contract to make sure the work estimated was what was being planned.
