However, I specifically stated "crawl space " under house needs repair, & small entry area etc. And they sent the tallest & largest man that worked there to inspect the job. He was here not even 15 min & said oh ya I guess I won't be able to fit down there you think? My husband said ya, no way small crawl space, small opening. And then asked if we could take pics If he(my husband) could fit down there to see. Or we could wait a little further down the line and they could be able to send a smaller person with a different appointment down to take pictures for an estimate."
