"I called this company to help me get my Bluetooth Headphones to work with a non Bluetooth TV and a Bluetooth sound bar. I was quoted a price based on an $125 first hour plus $25 for each additional quarter hour with the understanding that tech should be able to handle my project within the first hour. That said he could not address my issue and said needed to research additional parts and would be *back*. I received an invoice for a *trip charge*. Nowhere in my original conversation was anything mentioned about the trip charge. Since tech was coming back I paid the fee. ($50). After several calls the tech finally sent me a text with parts that he thinks should work but at the price quoted and what I wanted to spend he could not complete the job. I am glad he at least told me he could not finish but why a trip charge. At least be honest up front. I don't need any more surprises"
