"Crew showed up on designated day , was friendly,courteous,polite and immediately started removing all existing plain steel screws,installed new over-size Blazer-2 Stainless Cap Tri-Seal screws,cleaned and removed any debris on roof before applying the silver coating sealant to my house and also my storage shed.When job was complete a crew member walked the perimeter of my house with a magnet picking up any loose screws/washers that may have fallen to the ground. Yard area was clean,shook hands with Henry and Edward and commended them both on a very nice, professional job they performed.They both smiled and said to call them if they can be of any service to me in the future.The roof looks fantastic and they will certainly be my "go to guys"for any other upgrades to my home."

When I came back, I hired Koala for a complete roof replacement. Anthony was the lead and kept me updated every step of the way with what was taking place and showing me pictures. "James gave a free estimate for patching the roof where several roof vents were no longer in use. The work was performed the following day and it looks great. Another contractor just wanted to sell us a new roof which was clearly over repair. We also got an estimate for sealing a section of flat roof and ended up getting that work done as well.
