"I worked with Dave Racer to get my roof replaced. I went from shingle to metal. Dave was there every step of the way. Responsive via email/text/call whenever I needed him. Their showroom located in central Cape Coral was perfect for me to be able to go see the different styles and colors of metal in-person. The roof was installed on time, at the agreed amount, and passed inspections the first time without issue. I was able to make a couple of modifications to what I wanted without a problem. Three crews worked on the roof (tearoff, install, and fascia/gutters). All three were super respectful, clean, and nice to my overly-curious kids. The lawn and drivway were clear of debris / nails / tools every day before they left. I could not recommend Roman Roofing or Dave Racer more and I love my new standing-seam black metal roof."

When I came back, I hired Koala for a complete roof replacement. Anthony was the lead and kept me updated every step of the way with what was taking place and showing me pictures. "Good sales pitch, excellent product compared to multiple other products on the market. I reviewed and spoke with four other contractors before I chose this company. Price was somewhere in the middle with one or two unforeseen increases during the project. Install was gauge to be a one-day project which turned into a 2 day. Some of that was due to weather other was due to increased need related to damage to the wood on my roof. Crew was excellent about cleaning up afterwards and accommodating to letting me in and out of the house during the project to go to work, and walk my dogs."
