"First they sent someone to estimate the cost. The planned layout was not perfect and exact. I had couple of email exchanges trying to correct the terms and conditions to reflect exactly what I discussed. In spite of doing that the final contract omitted mentioning that the job includes the removal of the old fence, and that the fence has to project one foot at the garage door. I was therefore expecting some trouble at the installation time. Although the starting date got slightly delayed the crew that came to install the fence and remove the old fence did a wonderful job. Three persons came, one of them Manuel being the Boss. Manuel's behavior and conduct during the entire job was spotless, courteous, understanding, and efficient. There were no arguments or questions. He changed the alignment to project the fence 1 ft near the garage and he removed the old fence. I would recommend All American Fence Inc. I woud not hesitate to recommend Manual and All American Fences Inc."

"I needed a wooden fence repaired on short notice. Edin responded to my Angi's List posting, looked at the fence and 2 gates to repair, then gave me a good estimate on the work. Initially I thought the estimate to be a little high however, looking at the detail he offered, the estimate was reasonable. Edin adjusted his other projects to take care of the fence as the timing was critical. When completed, he replaced one section of fence, re-set another post that was moved over the years by the yard (he re-set the post in cement) and connected the loose sections to the post correctly, repaired two gates that needed cross-boards replaced plus re-set the posts for the gates, and replaced hinges and latches on 3 gates. All of this was done in one day and turned out exceptionally well. I wish I had engaged him last year! Holy Land Landscaping is top-notch. They cleaned up the yard when finished and truly did a very professional job. Thank you Edin and team!! (and by the way, the price was quite reasonable for the work and quality provided). "I have a townhouse rental that is between tenants and needed a fair amount of sprucing up.  I called Abel and asked for a quote for exterior painting and framing and hanging an exterior back door.  He sent me a quote within a day or so.  It was not the lowest bid, but it certainly was a very fair one and my experience is the lowest bid is often the one to avoid.  Also, based on my conversation with Abel, and his reviews, I had more confidence in him.  
We agreed to meet at the townhouse at 8:30am and when I arrived he and his crew were already there.  We spoke for a few minutes about the job and then they got right to work.  Abel and  I had already agreed that some of the wood had been sufficiently damaged that it should be replaced with pvc material.  However, the previous evening I had discovered another piece around a basement window that was even worse and asked if he could replace that as well, which he did despite the short notice.  When the painting was done he showed me the paint he used and left me the remainder of one can, including the label on paint type, so that I could do any touch ups if needed or buy more.  He only asked an additional $50 for replacing the additional window framing. 
The door was a little more problematic.  It was the same width as the existing frame, but slightly higher so his carpenter had to adjust the header and was able to do so while still making the molding around the door frame sufficiently long.  He also installed the locks from the old door.  I have done some of my own carpentry work in the past so I am somewhat familiar with this type of work and I was very happy with Abel's carpenter. 
All in all, I was very pleased and would definitely used Green Painting and Carpentry again.
