"Allstar roofing was called, showed up the next day to give an estimate. The other two companies didn't show up. One company had 7 days and asked for more time, the second said they would show up the next day, never showed up, never called. I hired Allstar, they were at my home the following day, they did all the work needed and found and repaired other areas of the roof. Allstar stands behind their work for two years. I could go on and on about the positive experience I had with allstar, highly recommend this company. Extremely professional, they do what they say they're going to do. Wasn't in the area when they did the work, they sent text messages with photos of their progress. So I ask each of you; how many other companies have done that for you??? I never have!!! To Allstar, thank you for your rapid response and professionalism, I was/am extremely satisfied with your work. Know when the time comes for a total roof replacement, you will be my go to guys. "Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."
