There were some issues with finding the correct finish, but Andrei persisted until it was complete. His craftsmanship was exceptional and his knowledge of the work was extensive. He charged a very fair price. I very much enjoyed working with Andrei and would gladly do so again. He has my highest recommendation and rating. "I can't say enough about our whole experience with Value Max Construction. The quality of their work is exceptional. They did more than I had expected and paid attention to every detail. They were careful with areas surrounding the several projects that they completed for us. They painted 40 year old cabinets in two bathrooms, painted iron railings, painted five rooms, installed and painted baseboards and trim in several rooms. They were punctual, did not inconvenience us, and they work efficiently. We look forward to having them do more projects in the future."

"My sunroom roof was damaged on one side. I had an estimator from another firm come out and tell me I needed a new roof over my entire house. I contacted Northwest Builders and Renovation based on reviews. Moshe came within a couple of days. He used a drone to take overhead images of the entire roof, not just the damaged area, and told me that my roof had no damage other than the section in the sunroom, which was my original request. Moshe presented me with two options and described their advantages and disadvantages, as well as the costs. After choosing on an option, the roof installer arrived around five days later. Very professional young man, and the damaged roof looked as good as new at the end of the day. Clean up was amazing after the work. Nice experience with them. Highly recommended."
