Both technicians that came to the house were courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. Although my heating/AC system is over 20 years old, I was told that the unit was in good shape, and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Also, when we got the heating system check, the techician provided us a form to sign for a rebate from City Utilities.
