My only complaint is that we where on a very short deadline to have this work completed so we could close on the house, and we had informed them about that. We missed the lockout by one day and had to pay a fine of $450 (out of pocket) to extent the lockout. Pierpoint had pulled their guys away a few days before for the entire day to be on another project.
