"It went fantastic. Dave, the salesperson, came right away. He was professional and friendly. Gave me the info about sizes (we chose the 14-inch), features (it has a solar nightlight which gives enough glow at night you don’t have to turn lights or have a nightlight on), prices, tax break, etc. Since they came highly recommended from our friends in Fairfax Station, VA, we hired them. We had to have permission from our HOA. They approved it with the proviso that the baffle would match the roof color. We got the RustOleoum paint can Dave and Al recommended in the shade of gray that matched our roof as required. Their two technicians came within a few days, Al spray painted the baffle and that was that. In about an hour and a half tops, they installed the skylight. I am SO happy we got this in our bathroom! It’s my favorite room now. No kidding. Wished we had done this sooner."

"The steadily worked the project until it was complete - Overall, a decent job but left nails on the ground (stepped on 3 of them while working outside in the days after they completed the project) - The salesman (Dwayne Walker) prepared a professional looking estimate and promised to provide feedback with regard to the extent of my roof's wind damage to my insurance company - I came to realize it was just a sales tactic to "trick" me into signing the contract, as he never followed through, even though I followed up with him through email requests and asked several other Roofing & More contacts who "promised" to get back to him and ask him to follow through. I eventually became upset with him and the company because he set expectations he never intended to meet, costing me several thousand dollars."

"i hired them to replace approximately 32 double hung windows. the price was as good as any and i was in no mood to haggle. the process was very clearly spelled out and the prep that i would have to do was, as well. there were a few snags with them getting the windows (due to supply chain issues that everyone was having) so the dates changed, but i was involved in those changes. when they did start, they got most of the work done on the first day and came back to finish the next day. a few things went wrong, a window was broken, another had a scratch, and many of the windows were over-caulked to the point of being awful looking. the broken window was addressed even before i brought it up, as was the crack. when i told them about the caulking they sent someone the very next day and told me the installation crew had used the wrong caulk (outside caulk) and that they would be back to fix it. they did.... there were a few more windows after that i saw too much caulking on, and they've come out to redo those, too. All in all, their service is amazing. there were so many people involved who deserve a shout out, but i can't recall their names. my team leader or manager was Michael and he was a gem. i wouldn't say the product i bought is the best; the corners aren't perfect and the glass fogs up (i'll let Presidential know when i have a minute), but the windows work great and they look exactly like what i wanted. i was so thrilled with them, that i ordered a replacement for my front door with sidelights and transom! the price was comparable and i already knew what kind of service i was going to get. And i did!"

Pierpoint Construction worked with us to change an the aging master bathroom layout to a wonderfully modern, bright, and practical master bath. The old shower is now a spa-like double shower with seat and niche. The old tub is now a modern freestanding tub with floor standing faucets and shower fixture. "We were quite pleased working with Liberty Home Remodeling to get our cedar roof removed and replaced with asphalt shingles. We had a last minute decision to get a separate work done on the garage with another contractor after signing the contract with LHR. LHR was flexible with us and agreed to finish the main house per schedule and they will return to install the roof on the garage when we are ready. They had a QA person on site to inspect the quality of work and the clean-up by the crew, and to scan for nails on the grounds. They were easy to reach by the phone or text.
