"Contacted Masterscapes to repair existing water feature we had installed in our backyard by a landscape contractor when we moved into our home. Both the waterfall and the pond itself continually leaked and the contractor was unable to make repairs. Masterscapes came out and gave me an estimate to either repair or replace. The estimate was detailed with a number of options which made clear they were trying to help us find the right balance between the aesthetics of our home and the size of our wallet. They did explain if I chose repair, they couldn't extend a warranty because they wouldn't be accessing all the previous contractor's plumbing which was perfectly understandable. Ultimately, we chose to start over and have Masterscapes redo the entire water feature. We are so glad we did! It was amazing to watch the worker's attention to every little detail. They did a meticulous job creating a beautiful and natural looking boulder stack for the waterfall, and replaced the old cement pond with a properly constructed one guaranteed not to leak. The final result is spectacular and exceeded our expectations. Masterscapes called each of the three days of the project to let us know they were on schedule and when the workers would arrive. The crew was extremely polite and respectful of our property and neighbors. Everywhere material would be on the ground they laid tarps first, and swept and blew off the area afterward. They gave us opportunity for input as the project went along, asking our preferences (such as whether to use river rock in the pond or not). I rated price as a "B" only because it was expensive (and stung a little bit to be paying for something twice, which wasn't Masterscape's fault). The cost also includes a warranty from a reputable local business and that has value. We are very confident we got the quality installation we paid for and couldn't be happier with Masterscapes. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again."

"Just completed a major project with Sustain Scape. Mike (owner) was punctual, knowledgeable and great to work with. Chris back at the office was very informative and responsive. The estimate process was painless (price was very reasonable compared with other estimates) and the work began the following week. Although it took 2 days longer than projected, the price never changed. The crew worked hard the whole time (in 110 + heat) and when they were done we were so pleased with the results. We replaced our entire irrigation and lighting systems and did some minor planting refreshes as well as some other odds and ends. Mike came himself he next day and took care of a couple minor things we noticed within an hour of my asking him to do so. I only wish they did routine maintenance - but I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Don't hesitate to have them do any major landscaping projects you may have"

"I would definitely recommend Wild Jungle Landscaping. Crew was very nice. We had some miscommunication regarding watering once the sod was installed. Two days later I sent a picture to Amadeus to be sure we were doing it correctly. He gave me updated directions and things started to improve. Was impressed when he texted me a week after installation to see how it was doing. This tells me that they care about the job they do."

"On the actual service date, owner (Scott) pre-announced arrival via phone, arrived on time, introduced the team lead (who would be in-charge of the onsite team), and did a thorough survey of property (with myself and the team lead), identifying potential areas of concerns, options for both their services and/or my efforts.  We agreed on a final price and plan of action, and the team went to work.  Less than 3 hrs later, the team lead took me on a tour of the property, identifying what was done on each object.  There were obviously, several instances where some minor corrections/clean-up was applied, the team was still completing clean-up, and all objects targeted were done beautifully!  After the team completed clean-up and left the site, my post-inspection revealed a perfectly cleaned property, no debris, landscaping returned/improved, yard, driveway, and roadway (where the their equipment and hauling vehicles were located, were immaculate.  We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the price compared to other service providers we've used in the past.  We would recommend this company, without reservation.
