"One of concrete blocks in my back yard has sunk and tilted. Yard floor was uneven which was a tripping hazard. In addition the rain water accumulated and was not draining properly. Mr. M. removed the old concrete block, made sure the pitch was right and installed new drain. This was only one part of the project. He also replaced parapet tiles on my garage, fixed all the cracks on the garage walls and painted. All work was done in timely manner and very efficiently. "I had a rather specific and somewhat specialized need for a backyard concrete patio. The project called for a roughly 14x16 ft slab, of 4" thick with wire mesh concrete - and most importantly the entire patio needed to be pitched toward a centered drywell, for proper drainage. For added trickiness, the backyard had no street access, other than through the house, so the concrete needed to be pumped in (which could get messy). I interviewed three contractors and found JGJ Home Improvement Corp. to be the best overall fit.
