"Rosemarie and her team did an incredible job transforming our backyard. Previously, we had issues with drainage and our yard was basically a muddy, unusable space. We had previously gotten estimates from other companies and were disappointed with the cookie cutter approach we received. By contrast, Rosemarie came out to visit us, patiently listened to what we were dealing with and what our goals were for the yard, and came up with a vision that exceeded our expectations. Her team executed on that vision at a very high level. They worked efficiently and carefully and were respectful of our property and neighbors. We have been so pleased with the results. The installation just wrapped up a few weeks ago, but we have already used our yard much more frequently. The plants that went in are thriving and the drainage issues that we had previously dealt with have gone away. Throughout the process, Rosemarie and her team provided a high level of transparency, responsiveness and communication. "Anthony was friendly and punctual.  He came to see the backyard the day after I called him and had his crew come the day after that.  They came to rake out the soil and plant grass seed but also took out some left over concrete and even some large branches from a tree in my yard.  I called Anthony a few times to regarding care of the lawn and he answered all my questions right away. The grass is quite full now (about 2 months later).  I absolutely recommend Anthony.

"Wow! Anthony and his crew were great! Had to wait a few weeks to get the project started, but showed up as promised and delivered excellence! His crew worked sun up to sun down to get everything done on time. Bond posted and permit with town all went smoothly. The coordination of cement truck and even helping lower water & sewage pipe in driveway was no issue. Anthony demonstrates absolute professionalism and is a real pleasure to work with. Austin Berryman, the Sales Rep, was exceptional. He was very professional, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the product and various options. Austin took the time to answer all my questions and explained the entire process to me. Tim Bast and his installation team were also exceptional. His team excavated the original grass, laid down the gravel sublayer, installed the framing, and then installed the artificial grass. Extremely hard working crew! Very professional, did a first rate job, and cleaned up everything and left the area spotless. The final results were beautiful! Best of all... my dog loves playing in her new run! We play out there every day we can, and she no longer has the problems she had with her allergies to regular grass. I cannot stress enough how highly I think of this company! The people they have representing them are outstanding! The quality of their product is also outstanding in comparison to other companies' products."

"I had them out, but chose not to move forward with the service at this time. The only thing I didn't like is that they were good in the beginning as far as asking questions, keeping in contact, and giving me a nice design; they stuck by me even though I was sometimes busy at work. However, towards the end they seemed to have gotten the impression that I wasn't going to do it, so they didn't give me a formal estimate-half of it was printed, and half was hand written. The contract came to $50,000-$60,000, so you would think they would give me a formal contract that was nicely type written. That's not professional, especially if you want me to drop $60,000. They didn't even give me their payment terms at first, and then they asked for 50% upfront. If you're going to sell me, sell me. I felt like he dropped the ball at the end. If I were going to use the, I would tell them that I need a real contract.
