"Joe really knows stairs. He showed up on time and gave me a fair estimate for new stairs to our basement. He said we needed to move a cabinet that was installed next to the stairs in order not to damage it while the job was being done. Also, he promised to call us in advance to let us know when our stairs were ready to be installed. He did call, but it was on the day he wanted to do the installation and we had no advance notice. I told him I need at least one day's notice. My husband and I had to scramble to move the cabinet in question. Joe promised that his crew would be there the next day. Unfortunately, they did not show up the next day and when I called I was told that we were not on their schedule. This was upsetting. However, I spoke to Joe and he promised that his crew would be there the next day â and they showed up as promised. The three guys worked non-stop for two full days and did a great job! They were courteous, clean and professional. The stairs look great. I would absolutely recommend this company. But I would make sure that communication is clear and be better about timing of installation."

The interior stairs of my fathers brownstone were carpeted for over 30 years and a previous contractor had removed the carpet without completing the job. Aldo removed the nails and residue carpet material, repaired several treads of the staircase, replaced several spindles, laid vinyl flooring , and painted the risers and spindles. He consulted with me on every decision, colors, materials, and their practicality. The job was completed sooner than he had initially estimated. I will definitely be hiring him again."
