They did such a great job that when another part of the fence got damaged we called on Wes and his crew again for help. He came out quickly and gave us a couple options within our budget. His staff is great. Janice is a great office manager. She is always polite and responsive and communicates with you to make sure everything runs smoothly. His crew is also polite, courteous and hard working. They had the 1st job done super quick. The second job was also done swiftly. The only holdup to having the jobs done sooner was the rain. But Janice is great at scheduling the jobs and lets you know if there is a weather delay. We will definitely call upon ultimate fence again for any of our future needs and recommend them to our friends. <br />"

He got it pressure washed fairly quickly and then it began to rain most every day as it does here in the Florida panhandle during the summer. Undeterred, Kevin made multiple trips to the house, working on the pergola as the weather would allow. Kevin is very persistent and a perfectionist in his work so he stayed at it over several days and visits and put the final coating on the pergola today! It looks great and was worth the wait! He was concerned about the time it took but I told him I would rather wait and have it done really well than rush and get a poor job. "Outstanding service! We have been burned by contractors in the past....not this time. The Bracewell team is punctual, friendly, courteous, and offers exceptional quality/value. Bracewell did not offer us the lowest quote for our new fence. But, my wife felt comfortable with Mary and her husband (and my wife has great intuition)...so, we gave them a try. The whole process was awesome! Even the "general labor" guys were friendly and respectful. We could not have asked for more. And, we love our new fence! "I was contacted by the office staff to make arrangements for the roof repair. Communication was excellent. They crew arrived when they said and began work immediately. The old shingles were removed shortly after noon of the first day. Several sheets of OSB needed to be replaced because of rotten spots. I saw each one and new each needed replacement. The crew did a great job of removing and replacing each sheet. By the end of the first day all OSB along with, the new felt material was placed upon the roof, plus the crew began the metal eaves drips. Before the end of the second day the new shingles were all replaced."
