"Kyle does a walk through with you every morning and evening to discuss what's happening and to show you what's done. At any time, you can show him if you are not satisfied and he will 100% fix it to your satisfaction. He is a professional roofer with 26 years of experience and he's a very friendly guy. He is one of the most honest people you will meet. Kyle is also a perfectionist and keeps a very close eye on his crew and gets on the roof with them and works as hard as they do if not harder. His crew is very professional also and no one goes without a shirt on the job site nor is cursing allowed. He also brings a porta potty to the job site and removes it when they finish. They are very thorough and lay down material to catch the debris and nails. When the job is complete, they even do several trips around the job site using a magnet to find nails. I accepted the estimate and the work began on the agreed upon day. When they showed up, they were ready to go! Wood had been pre-primed and they had all of the materials and equipment needed to do the job. No excuses of having to run back to the store or other unnecessary delays. Leon Screening started as a screen and glass company and over the years has grown into a multi-service business. We hold a Certified Residential Contractors License, city license and an Aluminum Spectialy License. We are insured as reccommended by the State of Florida. We pull permits as required by law. We are also certified to work with the new lead paint laws.

"Great company that did a great job in less than the estimated time. Their bid on this job (changing out a wood-framed porch to aluminum framing) was very reasonable compare to another we received. Our "new" porch looks great! This company is busy, and we were informed that it would take a couple of months before they could get to us after we paid a deposit. There were a couple of minor or delays due to circumstances outside of their control, but they kept in touch with us and arrived when predicted. Their five person crew was personable, efficient, and hard-working. I have no hesitancy to recommend them."
