"I just had my roof replaced from shingles to Metal panels. I decided to go with a new metal roof due to a longer life and Hurricane resistance. I contacted a couple of local metal roofers, and Triple Crown Roofing (813-715-4617). I went with Triple Crown due to their many years of experience with installing metal roofs, and their value-oriented pricing. I got the most bang for my buck with them.... a better roof for a lower price. Their workers were very hard-working and did a great job, The Crew-Leader Ramon was very knowledgeable, and assisted with repairing a "Dead Valley" area that had a previous leak. "They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."

".They showed when they said they would and cleaned everything up.  It looks good.  I think they provide their customers with thicker/stronger boards to sit on while in the shelter.  I also think the shelters should come at least 5.5 to 6 feet tall.  Most families have at least one family member or friend that is over 5 feet tall.  If we have to stay in it for a hour to several hours, we need to be able to stand up.  They were careful with the equipment and quick.  I recommend you look for any cracks in your garage around where they will be installing the shelter and driveway, so if you see any cracks once they are finished you can have them fix it.  I also recommend that you tell your neighbors that you will be having a shelter installed and ask if they can move their vehicles out of the street.  Ground Zero has a very long trailer they pull their equipment on and they need room to turn around on/in the street. <br />"
