He replaced the roof and the chimney. He replaced all the floors and the insulation underneath the house. He replaced the two full bathrooms and the half-bath. He painted the exterior and the interior. He replaced the exterior door and all the interior doors and the windows. He replaced the deck and built a new fence around the back yard.
