We are having electrical work done, and they wanted a lot of money to dig a trench through the driveway and then repair it. For a little bit more, Aaron was able to replace all the concrete that was deteriorating and in really bad shape. He quoted me quickly, and had his crew out within days. The part that has been laid is beautiful and perfectly graded to drain properly. Aaron knows what he is doing! He is professional, communicates, on time, and the work is impeccable! The project has been delayed due to PNM and electrical contractors, and he's been so flexible - sending people out quickly when I need something and patiently waiting for MONTHS for the rest to finish what they were asked to do. "Start was delayed by one day. Initial walk through with foreman did not happen as he did not show up until later. (He took very incomplete notes during initial contract discussion so made assumptions and mistakes, as did I.) Lost an entire faucet because I missed it on their contract rewrite. Ugh! Had to argue to get them to replace correct buckled walkway sections. The morning of the concrete deck pour had to have them reframe the deck due to not paying attention to detail. Also, I had to wrangle with them to come pick up the wood from the rotting decking being replaced with the concrete pour. It was way to much stress with these guys. This said, they were the best price. If you insist on a formal pre-contract-start walk through to make sure everyone is on the same page, they have good workers who know their stuff. The work is quality work. If you go in knowing you have to be the project manager, you can save a few bucks."

After a few days I noticed a couple issue towards the end of the driveway so I contacted them and they came out to assess the issue and agreed they would address my concerns.
