"Julio has worked all over my house doing work including: taking down wallpaper and repairing the walls if needed, painting, replacing marble floors with marble, installing hardwood floors, putting up moldings, replacing rotting wood on the outside of the house and painting the entire outside. He is also licensed to do electrical and plumbing work needed to complete your project. During the pandemic I had an apartment built on our lower level. It turned out fabulous. It included a large full kitchen which was accurately measured to the inch when the cabinets arrived to be hung. The counter tops were accurately measured and installed. It was perfect. The rest of the work included installation of drywall, insulation, electrical work, flooring, doors hung, shelving added in closets and even picked out the paint color because I couldn't make up my mind. I was given clear heads-up about any additional work needed during the project and any additional costs. They were respectful of my plants and surrounding structures. They kept the work area tidy at the end of each day. Victor responded promptly when the original coat on the back porch exterior painting in some areas had pealed. We considered alternatives and paid to have an industrial surface coated on the horizontal decking. We are currently very pleased with this new coating. The re-screening was also very well-done; very pleased with the results. The painting and carpentry work on the front porch looks terrific! The pricing was in the hi-moderate range but well worth it. I will definitely work with Manor Works in the future for interior work this winter and any future exterior work."
