"The crew arrived promptly in the morning and began working, clearing shrubs and a wood pile. They were excellent in removing trees, especially those that bordered my neighbor's fence. They used ropes to ensure the tree limbs did not fall on my neighbor's property and a combination of handheld chainsaws and chainsaws mounted on extensions to reach the higher branches. They bought their own truck-mounted chipper which came in handy for disposing of the larger tree limbs. Their professional experience on tree removal was on display when it came to trimming the branches of a 30-year old tree that was over hanging on my property. It was amazing to witness how they surgically removed the over hanging branches - being careful to remove just enough to ensure the tree remained balanced and healthy. At the end of the job, the crew thoroughly cleaned the lawn removing any smaller branches."

The estimate was a little bit cheaper comparing to others (I used 4 companies to get a truly transparent picture of what needs to be done and prevent upselling). Surprisingly to me, none of the companies tried to upsell; their recommendations were the same (up to some extend). At the end, decided to go with BJ's, mostly because of the prior positive experience. The work was done next business day after my call (they even offered same day services, but I was unable to accommodate). The work was done in less than 2 hours! Everything was cleaned after. "I wanted to remove a tree that is right on the edge of my property line that was of concern to my next door neighbor. Since wires from the pole to both of our homes were involved I was a bit worried. After doing a detailed google review search of local businesses, I called The Tree & Stump Pros. I explained my tree issue to the owner Marty. Since wires were involved he first suggested I reach out to my utility company to ensure that all is safe (which is something I didn't even think of) and once I have done so, he scheduled to remove the tree and grind the stump. The tree was removed while I was at work and he came back the next day to grind the stump. When he finished, our properties were all cleaned up, no debris or anything was left behind. Very professional & friendly. Just wonderful. (and I feel the price was very reasonable considering the work that was done)."

He assessed both trees, said he could remove the maple without damage to my neighbor's shed, and said the other tree was alright. (He could have said it needed to come down too, and increased the job for himself and the cost to me, but he didn't.) He took down the split maple safely, without touching my neighbor's shed, and removed all the debris, including some branches that weren't part of the tree's being taken down. "Spoke with Almighty Tree Service and got a very reasonable estimate on a Monday. By Wednesday 11 am the tree was gone and the yard was perfectly clean. They showed up about 7:30 am the work morning and prepared the site. What I can tell you is that they were very professional. The price was reasonable and the crew very efficient and worked well together. They were in and out in less than 3 hours. The tree was easily 80+ years old and hollowed in some part. It was located in between a fence and a tall structure. They used a huge crane and the owner and operator was incredible when he removed the very large trunk. Every single branch that was cut came down in an exact precise location. Very happy with the job. Will I call then back again, probably next month to do some additional work. We have used several other tree services in the past and this is the one we intend to use in the future."
