They spent two full days stripping the door of its old paint, and then prepping and applying primer and paint to the shingles and door. When all was done, I was amazed at how it turned out. The new accent colors added character to the house. Their workmanship is second to none with no flaws in the areas they painted. They even went as far as providing touch up to the trim where paint had chipped off over the years. When I'm ready for the house to be fully repainted, I now know who to turn to."

"Mr. Chambers of Grout Pro came to our house last November to look at our upstairs shower to provide us with a quote to seal the areas of open grout/caulk that caused it to leak into our downstairs basement. I found Mr. Chambers to be courteous, knowledgeable, personable and competent. I contacted him immediately after his visit by email to follow-up on the terminology used in his contract/quote so I could be sure that we were on the same page and that everything we needed to be completed would be. He suggested in an email that he might have our job confused with another customer and wanted to come back and have another look at the shower and then the heavy snows came in December. I followed up since December by email (4 times), text message (3 times) and phone message (once) and US Mail and did not receive ANY response at all. POSTSCRIPT TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: THE OWNER CAME OUT ON APRIL 17 AND REPAIRED THE SHOWER AT HIS OWN COST. BEFORE SCHEDULING THIS APPOINTMENT THE OWNER ADMITTED HE HAD DROPPED THE BALL IN REGARDS TO COMMUNICATION AND FOLLOW-UP ON OUR PROJECT AS MENTIONED ABOVE, I FOUND MR. CHAMBERS COMPETENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I THEREFORE HAVE REVISED MY REVIEW TO INCLUDE THIS ADDENDUM. I HAVE NO RESERVATION RECOMMENDING HIS WORK."

"I had a very good experience with them but we are not quite done yet. They are really great people to work with. The quality of the doors is great. The only thing that is unfortunate is it doesn't match what we already have and that was going to be a concern but they thought they could do it but they weren't able to do it but that's okay. They did a good job. They are very professional. They do what they say they are going to do. When they say they are going to get it done in a certain time, they do it. They are good communicators. They call you and return phone calls and I think those things are important when you are doing remodeling. It might be a little bit expensive the way they are doing it but then, these are costumed made that they are making them to match exactly what you already have."
