"We have a Golden Retriever that sheds a lot. When we saw dog hair coming out of our basement heating vents, we knew it was time to have the vents cleaned. I asked for estimates through the Angie's List system and received a response the same day from Mary Jeppesen. She emailed me with an extensive description of the process and the cost, along with the option of either $50 discount as an Angies List member, or free dryer vent cleaning. We set a time for the cleaning and I got a call 2 days early saying they had an opening and was I interested. Well sure! Kenny arrived right on time and went right to work setting up the system. WARNING: it is very loud, but that means it is a heavy duty suction system at work. It took approximately 4 hour. At the end, Kenny asked if we wanted the dryer vent cleaned, or the $50 discount. I went for the dryer vent. He inspected it from our basement, looked at where it exited, and then even crawled under the overhang of the the house siding to inspect the outlet from the outside. In the end, he said it didn't really need it, as the vent tubing was quite short to the outside and not much lint appeared to be in it. He gave me the $50 discount. I love that this company didn't try to sell me something I didn't need."

Nate spent almost 6 hours cleaning them all out from the furnace first and then from each floor register vent. He then spent two hours assisting with our fireplace,converting it from wood-burning to an electric insert. He is very through, efficient, friendly, and excellent with creative solutions. Plus, unlike most contractors, someone always answers the phone immediately."
