Of all the companies we had bid, we really felt like Mike listened to our vision and didn’t feel the need to rearrange it to his preference. He also gave us some great suggestions and recommendations, some which we decided to go ahead with and some not. The price was really reasonable, and we ended up adding the front deck replacement mid-project. Both Mike and Troy were responsive and courteous, and did a great job, as well as the contractors that covered the roofing and paint. A few minor details were missed between what we discussed and what they executed, but nothing major. During his inspection Richard discovered some structural problems including cracked foundation, sunken footings, some rot, standing water and a gutter downspout issue. Work began on a Monday. The crew of Andres, Kevin, Cruz, and one who's name I did not get were terrific. Andres kept us updated on what they were doing every step of the way. The crew was very professional and made sure we were comfortable with the process. They were very careful to to protect our furnishings as they came in and out with debris and supplies.
