They put in a temporary patch until they were able to redo the entire roof a few days later (as the prior roof was installed incorrectly). Felipe was easy to work with and answered every question we had. The crew worked super fast and did quality work at a reasonable price. I also liked how he guarantees his work. Jose took the time to explain their approach, what they found as they removed the previous roof (cement tiles), and what they would accomplish each day. They worked with me on placement of the skylights (I changed my mind a few times). And the interior finish work (dry wall and texturing) was very well done. "in the beginning the information and plan to repair the roof was honest and not just a patch job which I appreciated even though it was the more expensive option. During the project communication was poor. I didn't know when they were coming and the workers never texted or checked in with me to update me. I would text them and not hear back. There was an issue reinstalling the gutter guards and again no communication with the plan or when they were going to finish the job. I just got the invoice. Work appears to be done. The actual workers were clean and did the job. I just want more communication about the project then I got."

He gave a similar assessment of the life left on the roof to one of our previous inspections. This confirmed that we have some years left on the roof and saved us having to get a new roof this year.
