The new roof and gutters look amazing. We are very satisfied with the work."

"This was my first time using this company and I am very pleased that they were the first company I called when I noticed that my roof was leaking. Bryon was the service representative that came out and inspected our roof, and he was very thorough, pleasant and very detailed when he explained the pictures he took of our roof and the process of submitting the claim to the insurance company. He even came out and spoke to the insurance company on our behalf to submit the initial claim, and he came out and inspected the roof again with the insurance adjuster. Any questions that we had during the process, Bryon was their to answer. He represented the company well. This was my first insurance claim and I was very happy that I had Bryon and the rest of the Roof Medic staff to assist me, and to make the insurance claim process easy. Roof Medic really did the majority of the work with the insurance company to make sure that my roof was paid for in full. The day of the roof installation the roofers came out bright and early, and completed the roof without any problems. "From the first call back to the final walk through the folks at On Tops Roofing were professional and easy to work with. We had checked other roofers and had good impressions of them but decided on On Tops Roofing for multiple reasons including price and how quickly they were able to start the work. We asked for some items that weren't in the original quote and they agreed to all of our requests with no reluctance at all. The project manager was very responsive and easy to work with. The only issue I had was some wood siding was damaged when they had to pull it from the house to install step flashing. The siding was old and needed to be replaced anyway so the damage just prompted us to move that project up on our priority list. All in all, we're very happy with the work that was done and would recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work performed."

"First an apology.  Tom, it's been a busy year and I apologize for not taking the time to write the review you and your crew so richly deserve.  But here it is. <br /> Tom Buzzard is an exceptional businessman.  Working with him is a pleasure and his dedication to his trade is profound.  His knowledge of roofing is encyclopedic, his method of workmanship is singular, and the results are spectacular.  As one previous reviewer noted, he doesn't even use the cheap nails!  Tom doesn't install the cheapest roof available in the triangle.  But he absolutely installs the best.  I've since (they did this work a year ago) talked to some folks who regard Tom as perhaps one of the best roofers in the country.  Not surprisingly, all his crew does is roofs, and he stays very busy. <br />  In any regard, the particulars.  Tom is always timely and accurate.  When he says he's going to be there, he's there.  His estimates of the scope of work required were accurate, and his recommendations to our plan and choice of materials was also excellent.  The cost was reasonable, neither the highest nor lowest I was quoted.  His warranty on his work was the best.  Tom presented a bound estimate complete with explanations, and choices in materials and warranties as well as our agreed plan of work and bill.  I've never received such a well presented estimate of work from a contractor!  During the course of work we discovered substantial deterioration of the underlying plywood and that was promptly replaced/repaired.  New roof vents were installed, an exhaust fan was removed, and improved drainage was built around the chimney.  Additionally an inadequate roof vent for the furnace was discovered and repaired.  Unknown to ourselves it had apparently never been installed properly. <br /> After a year, I am still looking at a roof that is beautiful and functional, and despite owning a 40 year home with all that entails, I know that one thing I DON'T have to worry about anymore is the roof!  Thanks Tom, meeting you was a real pleasure, and my unabashed recommendation to any prospective customer. <br />"

"Dave was great! He was easy to reach via phone and email. He came out to inspect our roof first (based on a few things our home inspector had noticed). He explained why fixing the flashing now would save us money in the future (it could cause larger issues), and he came over to fix it 1 week later. He did a great job, and he lives nearby - a plus for us if there are anymore issues! I'd recommend Dave to any friends in need of roof repair, and we'd certainly use him again if we have any additional issues with our roof."
