"My prior water heater, a 50-gallon tank, started leaking after 15 years. I called Streamline to confirm that it needed replacement, and to replace it. I was considering a tankless water heater already, and the first tech walked me through the pros and cons, then wrote up an estimate. Two additional techs came the next day to install the heater and the necessary gas and power lines. The only issue I had was that one of the newly installed gas fittings leaked gas into the basement. I shut off the supply valve and called Streamline, and they came out within half an hour to fix it at their expense. Mistakes happen, and I was impressed with how professionally they corrected that one."

I called Cape Fear Heating & Air (based on Angie’s list reviews) after years of having my home warranty company send different service providers to my house to assess the problem and tell me that the heat was working properly, although the heat would stop working and the house was cold. The temperature on the thermostat was much lower than what it was set to, yet the heat wouldn’t come on. The technician, Brandon, ran diagnostics & quickly found the problem. He then walked me to the unit to show me what the problem was. This was occurring right before Thanksgiving when I was expecting guests. "Perfect. I know this because I had a different company come out, say they would install 7-10, after 11th day started getting run around, 20th day I called this company. They came same day, installed within 4 days, submitted my rebate from Duke for me, comes with excellent warranty and they offer a service plan cheap enough I can afford. Single woman who cant tolerate heat along with aging dogs, they put my needs in first. Very happy. Will have them back to install hot water heater!
