I sent over some pictures on text and he looked at what needed to be done and gave me a quick quote and explained how he would fix the soap holder back onto the tile. Our house is from 1968 and recognized what had been done in the past and what he needed to do to ensure that it was repaired correctly. David is very straight forward in his communication and courteous. Since it was a quick job and he had an opening he just stayed and completed the job.
