"I called several times and left a message with some details of the area I was needed to have cleaned and how I could be reached. I did not get a call back for several months. We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer.
