"From start to finish RAD handled my work order with integrity, thought and professionalism. An initial assessment from a civil engineer recommending we remove a piece of rusted rebar from one of the stem walls would have cost us around $30,000 dollars. Manny inspected the damage and suggested a much cheaper process would suffice. We hired another civil engineer to vouch for the cheaper process, which they did. It is unusual for a company to recommend a less invasive, astronomically cheaper process. However, RAD stands by their work and guaranteed me a warranty for any issues that could occur after the repairs were done. The team that came to do the actual work, Raul, Omar and Zaid did an excellent job of repairing part of the foundation for our house. They chipped away the concrete around a rusted piece of rebar, brushed the rebar and coated it with epoxy. They then proceeded to replace the concrete and fill in cracks along the stem walls with more epoxy. Raul very kindly brought me under the house, per my request, to give me a tour of the work they had done. They did a beautiful job. I highly recommend RAD Foundation and Raul, Omar and Zaid. I would not think twice about hiring them again."

I was prepared to be talked into a larger project, since my driveway was past due for repaving, but I was pleased that Jesus didn't pressure me. He just told me his ideas and showed me the benefits of doing the whole thing at once, and I decided to go for it. He explained the process, how long it would take, and how much I'd be inconvenienced. He emailed me the estimate we'd agreed on and checked in the day before he was scheduled to arrive. The workers were punctual and friendly. They arrived early in the morning and worked all day until the project was completed. I would rate this an excellent experience in all ways."

"I cannot recommend Geneva flooring enough! This was my first home remodel and I had heard horror stories of working with different companies. Geneva flooring was the exact opposite of all these stories. From the initial phase of choosing flooring, Carrie was incredibly patient and helpful with all my selections. She sent pictures and picked out additional samples for me when I wasn't sure about the initial ones. She was SO incredibly patient and ultimately I found my perfect flooring because she didn't rush and wanted to make sure I really loved what I chose. The installation was something I was anxious about since we were redoing flooring in our entire home, which is quite old. Nuno, our incredible installer, made the whole process absolutely seamless. We were staying in the house while they were replacing the floors and Nuno was so incredibly considerate about that piece, ensuring we still had a comfortable place to live during the process. Nuno's communication skills are also truly amazing. Every morning he told me the plan for the day and every evening updated me on anticipated plans for the next day so we could prepare. There were some complications and additional expenses given our house was so old and Nuno was SO transparent about it all. I knew when issues were found and they had a plan and recommendations for how to fix things and the costs associated. He truly is just the absolute best and I cannot recommend him and his team any more. My family is still talking about him and how amazing he was! If you are looking for flooring, don't look any farther than Geneva flooring. I will be using them for all my future flooring needs and have already told many friends and family to go to them. Their customer service is just amazing, they are very transparent with the whole process and Nuno is just the man. To me, they are the gold standard of what a company should be and I look forward to working with them for future projects."
