"Rudy gave us an estimate that was very competitive and much more comprehensive than the other estimates we received. He made sure there would be nothing unexpected or any unwelcome surprises. This was a big job on a house that the roof had been long neglected. There was a lot of wood repair that had to be done before the new roof could go on. This included both the house and a wooden patio cover. Wood replacement was the bulk of the cost. Both Rudy, and Tito, the job foreman, made suggestions along the way on things we could consider to help defray some of the costs at the same time making the house look really good. The crew showed up each day on time, were respectful of the property, cleaned up each day before departing, and all in all were always professional. The roof replacement included a lot of skylights (13 including the patio). We were opting for the cheaper “big box store” white skylights. Rudy had me look at an amber custom skylight in comparison and we ended up going with those. Night and day difference. They look so good and we are so thankful for his recommendation. (The company made nothing on the skylights, just made sure they had a very happy customer.) Yes, it cost a little more, but not that much and the visual difference is incredible!
