They came up to look at the job without question, gave me a quote and re-did my floors in two days! The price was very reasonable & they even filled in gaps for me. My floors are GORGEOUS! "My husband and I hired Drew to install bamboo flooring, wood stairs, and baseboards in our townhome in San Diego. Drew did an excellent job and we were very pleased with the final product. He clearly communicated with us when some aspects of the job ended up being more complex than initially expected. For example, our subfloor was extremely uneven and required a lot of work to level and it was also made of a material specific to townhomes, but Drew explained the situation and importance of prepping the floor appropriately, recommended a leveling product and executed the leveling very well. Additionally, the stair pieces that we ordered had a sheen that didn’t match the rest of the floor we ordered (note, we ordered the flooring on our own, not through Drew) so he sanded and recoated the stairs to match the rest of the flooring. Overall, I appreciated Drew’s attention to every detail of our project. He is precise, and even in closets and hidden areas his cuts were perfect. I would consider Drew a true craftsman and would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again."

"Byron showed up on the agreed date / time to begin the work. He first helped me move the large furniture out of the room, and then he removed the existing carpeting and pad. After that, he prepared the concrete for the new flooring. Once the concrete was ready he installed the vapor barrier and then the insulation layer... and then the floor. Byron planned the layout so the wood patterns were optimal. To save me money, he was careful not to damage the existing molding. Lastly he installed the 1/4 round shoe base to cover any space between the existing molding and the floor. The final step was the install of the T-molding at the doorways. Byron's effort to provide an excellent outcome was very much appreciated. I am extremely happy with the outcome. He's a professional that takes pride in his work."

"Scott was very prompt with a visit and provided a comprehensive quote the same day. His enthusiasm for his work and love of fine wood work was very evident. He began our project on a Saturday, with a helper he sanded both rooms and applied the first coat of finish the same day. He finished up the following Monday. Very conscientious about cleanliness and keeping dust to a minimum. Repeatedly apologized about the noise, which was unavoidable. Scott is also a very nice guy, very smart and a good conversationalist. I'm very pleased with the final result and would recommend Scott to anyone."
