"Overall they were quick to respond, set up estimate, and once booked was able to perform work within a few days (after 72 hour contract signing). Francisco was very up front and honest. The two gentlemen that came to do the repair work were very nice and answered any questions I had. Couldn't asked for nicer people. Their customer service skills were top notch as well as the work they performed. My only reason for 4.5 stars was they were a little bit late but not drastically and I had to call the office to make sure they were still going to show up. Again once they showed up they got right to work and did a wonderful job. I've already given their name and number to a friend of mine for her to get an estimate on her house. "Excellent communication from the first meeting to look at the roof, through establishing the contract, scheduling, and completing the work. There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. My parents asked me to be on point so much of the communication came to me, yet Rene also kept my parents' updated. Jordan Roofing is professional, timely, and clean up was thorough.
