The fix included installing a liner inside of the pipes to prevent future leeks and root penetration. "<p>I had several plumbing jobs that needed to be done and I had been procrastinating for way too long. I called Cody and asked if he could come by for an estimate. He was able to squeeze me in the next day, AND he showed up right on time. My home is 30 years old and none of the bathroom fixtures had ever been replaced. There was a lot of rust and corrosion inside the fixtures and several were not working. Cody checked the showers, toilets and bathroom sinks and gave me an estimate of $703.00. The only thing I needed to buy was the fixtures for the sinks, but he supplied all other parts and fixtures. Because of my work hours, I thought I would have to wait a couple of weeks before I could schedule the work, because my schedule is so inflexible, but Cody offered to come by at 5pm just a couple of days later so I wouldn't have to take time off of work to get the repairs done. Cody and Anthony showed up on right at 5pm on the scheduled day and they had all of he work completed in 3 hours. Since he had to caulk the shower fixture, and it would take 6 hours to dry, he offered to caulk one, and come back the next day to caulk the other so we could use at least one shower tonight. I told him it was no big deal, since we all shower in the morning anyway, but it was very considerate of him to offer. When he checked my dishwasher, he found out that the person who originally installed it did no do it correctly and this was what was causing the problems (HUGE relief, because I was afraid I was going to have to buy a new dishwasher). </p> <p>After all of the work was completed, he advised me that the total would only be $675.00, not $703.00 because it turned out the sink fixtures I purchased came with supply lines attached, so he didn't need to charge me for them. I was very impressed with his honesty and professionalism. Cody an Anthony provided amazing customer service, were accommodating of my schedule and respectful of my time, they completed the work quickly and at a fair price. I highly recommend them.</p> <br />"

They were asked to give a quote for replacing a gas ball valve, cutting a non-plumbing pipe, and turbo-jetting a drain pipe that goes out to the street. They were on time, professional (didn't try and pressure me into anything other than why they were called), and will be returning to perform the requested work."

"When I called I had been given and arrival window and date. A little bit after the arrival window time started I was called and told that he as on his way. He arrived shortly thereafter. I showed him where the work was to be performed and the new disposal. He removed the old disposal and installed the new one. Some piping had to be added to adjust for the larger new disposal. The pop ups were done without any fuss. Total time was less than two hours. I paid the bill and he was off to his next job. The work was done very professionally. I would use them again without thinking twice."
