Val and Noam were professional and thoughtful in terms of aesthetic and functionality as it wasn't the easiest install. The cost was easily the highest of all the quotes we got but the quality is the best I've seen so we got what we paid for. They use steel frame/posts under the wood so it is sturdy, durable and attractive (which adds to the cost). I have had a lot of work done to our house and this was one of the most hassle free and home enhancing jobs we've done. We get compliments all the time on how the front of our house looks now. There were a few hiccups but Noam was back within 24 hours to address them. No job goes perfectly but this one was pretty close. <br />"

"George was great. He was able to provide a rough estimate over the phone so I can budget the project. He came out onsite to review the area and tell me what needed to be done. George was knowledgeable of the various products and also helped me match a fence on the other side. He provided the estimate via email. Every time I called or emailed him he responded right away. <br /> He worked with both myself and my neighbor. My neighbor discussed the start day and there was some confusion or missed communication on the start day, but since I wasn't part of that conversation I can't say for sure what happened. I know George's team showed up around when I expected them and completed the work in the timeframe he had stated. <br /> Because of the odd location and slope of the hill there was a gap where 4 fences come together that is seen from the neighbor's side but not my side of the fence. George came out to inspect and discuss options. I was worried we would end up with ugly posts sticking out. He came up with a very nice solution and sent his team over within a short time of that conversation to provide the fix. He also helped fix the neighbor's old gate. "Majestec Premium Security Screens just finished my door installs. I got the front and back door done. Front door had a sidelight that I also had covered. I must say I am very impressed and glad I waited for these doors... they look AMAZING. They were custom made. I had the door handle moved up a bit higher so it wouldn't interfere with our front door hardware. Jeremy did a great job measuring everything, explaining how the doors work, how they are made and the possible options for the install. The worst part was waiting for the doors after we placed our order. The anticipation of getting a breeze through our house and being able to leave the doors open. It didn't help reading on Nextdoor how there were neighbors having their front doors kicked in when they weren't home. This made me really want to get these on quickly. These screens give me the peace of mind knowing my wife can open the door if someone knocks and not worry about someone rushing in. You could get the same peace of mind with those iron security doors from Home Depot, but those start to look bad after a couple years. These Majestec doors look clean. The install took about 4 hours for both doors. There was some build up of the existing front door that Jeremy did to make everything fit flush. It took three hours for the front door and sidelight, one hour for the back door. Jeremy cleaned up when done and it looked like no one was even there."

"I called another company that was highly rated on Angie's List, and Alfonso called me back saying that the company used him when they were too busy. We needed to add some height to our backyard fence to keep our pets in, but didn't want to spend a lot of money. I explained this to Alfsonso over the phone and asked if he could come out to do an estimate. He told me that he normally does not do estimates (he is a one-man operation and charges by the hour), but he agreed to come out and give me a rough estimate. He got stuck in traffic on the way to the house, but called to let me know. When he arrived, he looked at our yard, and spoke with us about what he were looking to do. We told him our thoughts, and he gave us his suggestions. When we agreed on the plan, he said he could go to the hardware store right then and price the materials and give me an estimate. He did just that. He came back and showed us photos of the options available and the price of each one. He gave us an estimate for the materials and labor, and he went to work right away. We had a couple of things change along the way, and he kept us informed and stuck to within $10 of his estimate. The work was done well and on time. We will defintely use him again!"
