The metter box cover had fallen off, and after only 30 years. I saw the surface problem, Sam saw the real problems, entire unit holding it in place needed to be replaced...he was right. He explained what needed to be done, offered a price, witch I thought was fair and we agreed he would do the job the next day. He was here on time the following morning. Set up his tools and went right to work. Removed all old frame and replaced or repaired ALL that needed to be done.
