"<p>Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.  </p> <br />"

"I received two bids for the service. Ambient Electric was within $100 of the other bid. I decided to use Ambient because his estimate clearly detailed all the work by item. He also included links to the lighting fixtures so I could see what they looked like before he ordered them. They arrived on time, and his crew did an excellent job adding new fixtures and removing many old, broken ones. They needed to run new wires to some, and they did a great job. I would use them again in the future. <br />"

"Contacted Power Electrical Services to add two new electrical outlets in our kitchen. Elad came out the next day to install them. At that time, I asked for a price quote for the other work. His price was reasonable, so we gave him the go-ahead to perform the additional work. Two work days later he came back out and finished the work. The next day one of the smoke alarms began chirping as if it had a low battery. Elad came out later that evening and fixed the problem. We are very happy with his work, his promptness, his attention to detail, and have hired him again to install a digital timer switch for our porch light."

"1. Called on a Friday for work that I wanted done a week later.  Call was not returned until the following morning.  Apparently, he was out of cell phone range during the day. <br /> <br /> 2. The work was done on a Saturday morning.  No extra charge for Saturday work. <br /> <br /> 2.  The electrician, Dennis Jones, arrived on time. <br /> <br /> 3.  After he arrived, we went over the details of the job.  He then gave me an estimate as to the labor hours involved plus any parts.  <br /> <br /> 4.  I agreed with the estimate and he then proceeded with the job.  He then left to go to Home Depot to get some parts.  Was back quickly and began working.  <br /> <br /> 5.  He did a nice job on the rewiring in the garage.  The new switch turned on both the inside and outside lights.  With the inside light switch now working, we did conclude the light fixtures themselves needed to be replaced.  He then made another trip to Home Depot without charging for the extra travel time.  <br /> <br /> 6.  The installation of the wall mounted light fixture in the family room also went very well.  This was replacing one that no longer worked.  We had already bought a new one.  He removed the old one, and installed the new one to the height that we agreed upon.  <br /> <br /> 7.  The bill that I received was in line with the estimate.  <br /> <br /> <br />"

"I had some lighting controllers which were old (previous homeowner had installed), that I wanted checked. Also, I needed the circuit breaker to hot tub checked. The controllers were no longer functional, so will budget to have them replaced in near future. Hot tub circuit breaker was fine, can now have someone come repair hot tub. The electricians were nice, helpful and professional."
