"FIVE STARS FROM BEGINNING TO END!! I needed to have the shingles replaced on the rear portion of my roof. I scheduled 5 different roofers to come out to give me estimates. Jason was not only almost $2,000 cheaper than the others, he also pointed out some things that needed immediate attention on the front portion of my roof that nobody else had mentioned. He contacted me the week before letting me know that we were still on for the originally scheduled date and what to expect as it got closer. On the day of the install, Jason remained onsite while his large crew completed the job. When all was done I had a BEAUTIFUL new roof and my property was spotless!! You would have never believed that they were ever here!! I HIGHLY recommend Evans Quality Roofing and when it comes time to replace the front portion of my roof, I only need to make one call! Jay from Home Wise recommended a full replacement. After a lengthy discussion to try to understand why the disparity, I went with Jay and full replacement. When my shingles were removed it was just like Jay said - multiple areas of excessive water damage with many pieces of plywood being replaced. "Of the three estimates I received, Glen Burnie Roofing was the best. Word of mouth in my area, coupled with the ratings I found on Angieslist sold me. I had heard that they can be hard to book since the are so in demand. I waited about 3 weeks for the job to get done, which was a little less than the time they told me before I signed the contract. "After Hurricane Irene we discovered water in our attic and I thought we would be in need of serious roof repair or replacement.  We called Tomas Bros. based on a recommendation from a coworker.  Two very nice, very professional men came out and replaced the vent along the attic with something called a cobra vent, which they explained would not allow wind to push rain into the attic.  I was thrilled that we were not going to have to buy a new roof or do major repairs on this one.  The men were polite and courteous and punctual and I felt like we were treated well during what must have been a busy time for them after the hurricane (lots of folks nearby had damage to their homes).  We will definitely give them a call again if we need roof work in the future. <br />"

"From initial contact, meeting, scheduling and follow up, Dayson was a pleasureto work with.  Professional and personable to communicate with, and punctual and efficient completing the work in our home.   <br /> 8 windows were installed in about 6 hours.  Also, during our first meeting Dayson had pointed out the opportunity to improve the look and life of the bump-out and trim on the outside of the windows, so we agreed that he would also install flashing around these areas--and the finished product looks great.   <br /> Pricing was comparable to 3 other vendors we interviewed.  Actually a bit less considering they also did the flashing on the exterior--something no other vendor offered to do or mentioned at all.  Dayson was referred by a friend so he already had a leg up.  But our decision to go with his company was reinforced by his price, professionalism, and small-company, hands-on service approach.   <br /> During installation there was some minor drywall damage near one window, and one sash had been shipped with a crack.   The team immediately pointed these out to us, made a plan to correct, and about 2 weeks later returned to replace the cracked sash and at the same time patched the damaged drywall, which we had planned to paint shortly after anyway, so it worked out perfectly. <br /> Great experience overall. <br />"
