"I have only had them out one time but was swayed into their **platinum** program which entails 3 additional visits and cleanings. I knew I did not have much debris in my gutters but wanted whatever there was to get cleaned out. They only spent about less than 2 hours doing the entire split level home. It seemed like an easy job for the two men that came. They did bag and remove the debris that was washed down away which was appreciated. Expected a more thorough and expansive **report** on the condition of my gutters but was only told that the downspouts **might** be a problem area suggesting I replace all of them. I did agree to that over a week ago at a cost of $500+ but they havent committed to an installment date as yet. It IS great that I dont need to be around for them to do their job but would be nicer to have some advance notice more than the **we are coming** on the day of."
