Diego proactively reached out to schedule a visit to take some measurements, and he provided some useful advice on what kind or doors to buy. "Frank has been super to work with. He is highly responsive from quote to finish, shows up when he says he will, and provides superior craftsmanship. He replaced a bulkhead door, an interior door between the basement and bulkhead, and an exterior storm door, all with odd shapes and sizes in a 19th century colonial that required a little ingenuity and a couple of trips to the hardware store. He's also quick to offer suggestions on other things he can help with: not in a pushy way, just pointing out the kinds of services he would be able to provide in other areas of carpentry and masonry. Thanks Frank!"
