"Mike was great. I got two spots in my backyard that I wanted patio pavers, around one side of the pool and underneath my second floor deck. "Roca Construction called me back in 20 minutes and showed  up at my house in less than an hour. We talked about all the problems/projects I had in mind. He gave me ideas and listened my ideas.  We decided to break the job to 2 different  jobs and do the steps and all the cement work first. Roca and his work men showed up at my house next morning around 8 am and started working.All the  workmen are  nice, polite, hard working and easy going. They returned every morning around the same time including Saturday and Sunday to get everything done. Roca has good ideas to solve problems and surprises that come about when you fix nearly 100 year old house he also has an excellent eye for detail. He has knowledge in many areas of building and fixing which is very handy. All the work turned out super and new brick steps look great and they match well with the existing stone front wall. I will be using Roca and his work crew again."

"Me and my husband decided to use A1 painting after considering several other offers. Our initial meeting with jade the owner went very well. I felt very comfortable with her, and I personally liked the fact that it was a female owned business. I was also sold on the fact that she had a solid time line in mind, and exactly what it would take to get the job done. She wasn't pushy about colors and style. She actually sent us to the paint store that she uses and had us speak to a paint expert to help us with our color decision. In the end we actually chose our own color scheme, but it was nice to have someone to guide us. Now, lets fast forward to the completed job. The house took a little longer than initially discussed. But to be fair our house was very old and the siding was very dry so it took more paint than was anticipated. They also made some repairs and repainted the deck which came out great. We kept our original color for the deck. Jade also made us acquainted with her husband who has his own business as well. He did molding around our back door and windows, which also came out great. In conclusion, there were some hiccups along the way, but Jade was quickly available to deal with any and all issues. We had her direct number and she responded immediately with a resolution to the problem. The house came out looking great, and Her work came with a warranty. I would definitely recommend A1 Painting ."
