"We can't say enough about how delighted we were with not only the results of our total kitchen remodel, but the experience of working with Mike, Ryan and Jared. From our very first contact, they were reliable and responsive, answering all texts and calls promptly and keeping appointments punctually. They offered ideas but were also highly respectful and responsive to ideas we presented, always saying "We can make that happen!", even when we had some really out-there requests like cutting a whole section of cabinets out around our 100 year old laundry chute and installing a stained glass window! Ryan and Jared are superb carpenters; their work is beautiful and they pay careful attention to detail. Best of all they are both extremely polite and pleasant, which really matters when someone is in your home every day for several weeks. They had our kitchen completely demolished down to the plaster and back to being a functioning kitchen in just 4 weeks , including significant plumbing and electrical repairs and upgrades , as well as delays in shipping of a replacement for a damaged cabinet (not their fault!) and our new window. They have well-established relationships with a number of local subcontractors and vendors who are equally reliable and skilled, so the project moved along without any other delays. We would hire them without question to do other work on our home!"

"Found out that our roof was not installed properly because they did not use washers with the nails. They also did not seal off the old vents properly. This has caused water leakage. Check BBB, this company’s accreditation has been revoked."

"Overall the install was okay at best. The quality of materials was very poor even though we paid for cedar . They are way overpriced and don't stand by there products/work. I’ve attached photos of the posts visible on the outside of the concrete…. It’s safe to say we will not use them in the future, nor would we recommend their services. We went with SK because most of the fences in town were installed by your company and expected more based on their reputation but I think because we were are not in the richest area we didn't get the same kind of care/quality of work. When in reality what we got was a shoddy fence job with warped boards, bent fence posts, and a gate that was improperly installed - all by a crew that spent more time utilizing their smoke breaks & breaks than they did working on our fence. I’m generally not one to complain, even when I want to, but it is ridiculous that they would claim that our gate falling over was caused by storm damage when there was visible wood rot visible at the bottom of the broken posts and none of the rest of the fence has fallen over that is out in the open more. We do realize that it has been 4 years since installation, but there is no way that it should have rotted that fast and if it had been installed properly, it wouldn’t have at all. It is obvious that SK does not stand by their products/work. Ultimately, we decided to do the work ourselves, because $800 is just crazy for replacing two posts that was their fault they rotted when the materials cost us less than $100. The posts were obviously rotted, and while digging them up we learned the reason the posts failed was because they were partially installed outside of the concrete. This is deeply concerning and it makes me wonder how many of our other posts were installed incorrectly…. Hopefully you don't have this issue but we would strongly recommend someone else. We wouldn't even been writing this if they would have just stood by the work they did and fixed the mistake they made. Heck if the whole fence blew down and it was real wind damage I wouldn't even blame them for say sorry that is wind damage there is nothing we can do about it."

"I called for someone to come look at our roof after hail and tornado damage and they had someone out within a day and then we had our new roof within a month. All questions were answered thoroughly and with quick response. I didn’t have to deal with insurance because that was taken care of for us. "It started off bad it was cold mid January 2020 they sent 2 men to tear off the siding and replace it. It took a month(they finished in February) I started taking pictures at first to record our experience good thing, I then was taking pictures to protect myself. They never put there things away at the end of the day (extension cords, ladders saw horses ect..) every day I had to take pictures.(They stepped on a small bush and broke it, they put there ladder on my new air conditioner and put large scratches in it, they damaged my garage, and spilled a red drink on my new $3,200 concrete steps and stained them) they have paid for the damage but still have not tried to clean my steps, And when they were done and asked me to sign off and pay the rest of what I owed I ask them to please clean there oily hand prints off the siding they agreed I signed off and they left with out cleaning. The siding looked really good once they came back to clean it. three months went by and two sides of our house wrapped and here it is November 2020 and they haven't fixed my siding yet. I have no issues with the windows."

I was very happy with the results and would recommend Steven Grant Construction to anyone who needed a prompt quote and a properly done job. He took the extra steps to finish my job within the quote so I stayed on budget."
