Within 30 minutes, our thermostat was reading 62 (before it was 58), and it is still climbing. I can definitely feel the difference as there is a lot more air pressure coming out of all the vents. Matt did not charge for the technician coming out the second time or this morning when he cleaned out the vents. He said that we had already paid enough. I really appreciated that both the technician and Matt answered our questions and did not pressure us into things that we did not need.
