"Unexpected delays; job is not complete yet. No Problems. After old cabinet and wall removal, we had an inspection and got a surprise. The inspector requested we remove all drywall from ceilings in 2 rooms, kitchen and adjoining room (not in the Plan!). Bruce was patient explaining what was next, why the extra work and cost had to be, and the impact it would have on his timeline. He was very fair and made us feel confident about the project, though the whole ordeal was a stressful thing to deal with. All of this has set our finish date back. Which gives me the chance to do another review. I intend to post a before and after photo if allowed. Bruce has given us fair pricing and is thorough in answering all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and methodical. He's always patient, even with all of our change orders! I definitely want to hire him for other custom projects down the road. "They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support.
