"This is the third time we have used Renewal by Anderson. We replaced some windows the first time that did not open and replaced them with sliding windows. The second time they replaced some crank out windows with sliding ones that matched the first ones. The third time they came and replaced our entrance door that didn't work properly with a ensemble entry door with and entry code for security. That's why my title is what it is because every time from the sales visit, to the ordering, to the installation, to the quality of the product, to the follow up, everything has been top notch. If you are considering an upgrade, give them a call."

"Marlon is kind and easy to like. I thought price was high for flooring. Weâ  ve had a lot of trouble communicating and when materials were sub par and needed replacing, he didnâ  t return for 2 wks (without notifying me of his plans). He wanted new flooring unloaded to house to acclimate but only offered to come do so at 7:30 Sun am. Iâ  m 65 and transported and unloaded by myself, then he didnâ  t come back for another week. Iâ  ve asked for 3 days for a measurement to get baseboard and he answered today that installing it would be another $350! He did not arrive before I had to leave for work today so I left back door unlocked. He never came and never notified me."
